For blue collar roles, we’ll request copies of your qualifications, licences, and tickets.
Our team verifies these documents to ensure compliance with industry and client standards, confirming you’re prepared to meet site requirements.
4. Pre-Employment Checks
You’ll provide proof of working rights, professional references, and complete a pre-employment medical. These checks ensure safety, compliance, and readiness for your role at Linkforce.

5. Recruitment Day
Blue collar candidates attend a Linkforce Recruitment Session to learn about our business, site expectations, and how to prepare for day one.
It’s a great chance to meet the Engagement team and ask questions.
6. Additional Training, Verification of Competencies, or Inductions
We’ll book you into any additional training, verification of competencies (VOCs), or inductions required for your role.
Our goal is to set you up for success, ensuring you meet Linkforce, industry, client, and site requirements from day one.
7. Mobilisation
With all steps complete, you’re set to mobilise to site!
We’ll equip you with uniforms, Hub App access, key safety details and support contacts so you can start confidently.
8. Linkforce Journey
You’ll be supported through our Buddy Program by the Engagement team, then continue to build your skills through ongoing training, upskilling opportunities and clear pathways for future career progression.
