About the Role

We are seeking several Scaffolders (Intermediate and Advanced) to support current and upcoming shutdown, maintenance and project works across Australia’s largest mine sites.

In this casual FIFO role, you’ll access consistent work across 90+ client sites, competitive rates and genuine long-term career opportunities within a well-established national contractor.

As a Scaffolder, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding systems to support shutdown, maintenance and project works
• Interpreting scaffold design drawings and ensuring structures are erected to specification
• Working at heights and in confined areas across active operational environments
• Conducting scaffold inspections and tagging in line with site and legislative requirements
• Working safely and in strict accordance with permit-to-work, isolation and site safety procedures

What You’ll Need

We are looking for qualified and safety-focused Scaffolders who thrive in fast-paced shutdown and maintenance environments.

Essential:

• High Risk Work Licence – SI or SA
• Minimum 12 months experience at SI or SA level
• Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)
• Construction White Card
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (MR or HR preferred)
• Valid Australian work rights
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Highly Desirable:

• Previous mining experience
• Client inductions (Rio Tinto, Fortescue, BHP, etc.)
• Additional trade or high-risk tickets (EWP or Forklift)
